Yes, people, the field trip, a.k.a. outing, which I’ve talked about in my previous blog item went pffft, meaning, hindi natuloy (the La Mesa Ecopark thing). Well, we were almost there. The bus was already at the gate of the La Mesa Dam when the guards at the gate stopped us and asked for a permit. Unfortunately, we didn’t have one. the coordinator in our group was insisting a staff of the Ecopark assured him there’d no need for a permit. Well, I didn’t know who’s fault was it. Or maybe I didn’t care.
The trip to Antipolo was a long one because of the traffic. Loremar Resort wasn’t satisfactory. Even if you have already paid for your food and accommodation, you will have to pay for the hut or the veranda which you will use if you decide to use the videoke machine. The pools were crowded (okay, okay, I’m trying to be nice as much as possible. "Overcrowded" is the word). My friends and I just made the most of what we had, tried to enjoy the food, the videoke, the time we were together, and, oh, well, the airconditioned rooms. Out of the 22 hours that we stayed there, I was in bed, sleeping, for the half of it. Well, didn’t I say I’ll doze off in my previous blog? he he he he
