I'm slim. I prefer to be called that way rather than "skinny" or "thin." Don't worry, I am not anorexic or bulimic. I am not also locked into cycles of binge and diet. The doctor said I have a speedy metabolism. Thankfully, I do not look like those models in fashions magazines who are sooo thin. Well, not yet. I am still within the range of normal weight for my height and age. However, a little neglect may bring my weight below normal.

So, afraid of giving a broomstick a run for its money, I bugged a cousin-doctor a few days ago to recommend something (aside from eating a wide variety of healthy food) which will help me in my goal to gain more pounds. She recommended a brand of milk with concentrated calories and is high in protein. I still have to see the result. If the milk works, I will send the milk company pictures of myself before and after I started drinking. They may be looking for an endorser who will give testimonials in print and broadcast media kaya abangan ninyo ako sa dyaryo at teevee hahaha.

The irony of it: Some people are depriving themselves of so many gastronomic delights, some are willing to have their fats sucked out and their bodies stitched up just to be thin. Ako, here I am trying to put on some more weight.

Naku Bea.. wala na akong hawak kaya nakakahiya magsukat ..lol noon single ako very slim talaga ako nasa 108 lbs lang ngayon umabot ng 135 lbs.. kailangan maglost kaso ayaw na eh..lol. take care

We are in the same situation sis! Payatot na ako! Hehe! Kaya…kain ako ng kain…pero kaing buwaya pa rin. Hindi talaga ako mahilig sa gulay. Anyway, kung effective ang gatas…yun siguro ang dahilan kaya kahit papano tumataba ako. Hehe.
