Before I left my hometown last Christmas, I thought of gathering my grade school classmates. However, there was so little time left. So this Christmas I am expecting that the mini-reunion I've been hoping for will push through. I'm sure it's going to be a great mini-reunion because my grade school classmates are all so nice. I envy most of them because they've decided to settle in the province and are doing good in their jobs. They are so humble, friendly, warm and sincere.
It's a different thing with my high school classmates. Reunions with them would mean hearing unneccessary remarks about how some attendees look like, a lot of bragging, a lot of "conio" words. "Kumusta ka na" would not necessarily mean "How are you?" but "How thick is your pocket?" I get surprised with how immature some people can be during these reunions. Minsan, nakakailang tuloy mag-attend. With all the remarks that you are hearing, you'd wish you've had Toronto plastic surgery before attending the reunion para wala silang maipintas sa iyo. Ganun katindi. Oh well, ganun siguro talaga. There are many different kinds of people talaga here on earth. You just have to be more patient and understanding.
So, ciao muna. I'll start packing na hehehehe. Hindi naman obvious na excited na ang byuti kong magbyahe. I have to do some planning pa pala for the reunion.
