(I'm blaming again the internet connection for this late post hehehe. I should have been able to post this earlier on.)
When New Year's eve is approaching, I usually worry about my dog, Nemo, because he is so afraid of firecrackers and loud sounds. So when my neighbors started shooting off firecrackers, I looked for him. Nagpapakarga kasi siya kapag putukan na. But I was surprised to see him under an old sofa, comfortably lying down and seemingly not minding the firecracker sounds he was hearing. He was so sleepy. I couldn't help but take a picture of him to remind me of the New Year's eve when my beloved doggie ceased minding the loud bangs of firecrackers
